A graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with first-class honours in Industrial Design, he is celebrated for his intricate illustrations and animations exploring cultural identity and the immigrant experience.
As a first-generation Korean Australian, Bluugu's art has been showcased globally, including in Times Square and cities like Tokyo and New York. His work often reflects themes of loneliness, self-doubt, and creative pressure, blending physical art prints with 3D elements. Currently, Bluugu is active in galleries, collaborating with companies, engaging with NFT platforms, and offering goods like prints and art toys.
