PROFILE
プロフィール静岡県出身。高校卒業後、秋田の工芸学校で陶芸を学び、2011年の東日本大震災を契機に東京に拠点を移す。ライターとしても活動し、主にアクリル絵の具を用いた絵画を制作している。油絵と陶芸の経験を活かし、ミクストメディア的な手法を愛用する。
作品のコンセプトは、「自己と他者は別々でありながら不可分である」という哲学に基づいている。色彩と形状は、個々の存在の多様性と一体性を模索する試みと捉える。「心を持つすべてのものは、その性質を変えた自己である」と信じ、絵画を通じてこの考えを表現したいと思っている。
とくに「愛着の本質は何か」「自他の境界はどこか」という問いに焦点を当て、視覚的な情報が私たちに与える共感や繋がりの深さを追求している。
この探究が創作活動の基盤であり、それを通じて私自身の存在や境界の曖昧さを深く理解していくことを目指している。
Born in Shizuoka Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he studied ceramics at a crafts school in Akita, and moved to Tokyo after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. He also works as a writer and creates paintings mainly with acrylics. Drawing on his experience in oil painting and ceramics, he loves to use mixed-media techniques.
The concept of his work is based on the philosophy that the self and the other are separate yet inseparable. The colors and shapes are an attempt to explore the diversity and unity of individual existence. He believes that "everything that has a heart is a self that has changed its nature," and he hopes to express this idea through his paintings.
In particular, he focuses on the questions of "what is the essence of attachment" and "where is the boundary between self and others," and pursues the depth of empathy and connection that visual information provides us.
This exploration is the foundation of my creative work, through which I aim to gain a deeper understanding of the ambiguity of my own existence and boundaries.
