プロフィールアーティスト 1982年北海道生まれ、東京在住 多摩美術大学生産デザイン学科テキスタイル専攻卒業。テキスタイルを背景として反復行為と集積の関係性をテーマに、テクスチャーの変化や立体作品の制作を行う。テキスタイルが持つ素材としての力強さと科学的な現象を交錯させた表現を考察している。
Artist,born in 1982 in Hokkaido, Japan. Graduated from Tama Art University in 2007 with a degree in textile design from the Department of Production Design. I create textural changes and three-dimensional works on the theme of the relationship between repetitive action and accumulation against the background of textile. I consider the expression that intersects the strength of textiles and scientific phenomena.

渡部直也さん、ディファレント参加ありがとうございました。フェア会場で展示されたCMYKの廃液インクを活用した「Mixed in unused」シリーズは、そのサイズも含めインパクトがすごかったです。捨てられるはずの素材に新たな命を吹き込むという試みは、環境問題や素材の循環についての問いであることはもちろんですが、目詰まりしたノズルから飛び出す廃液が、蒸しと洗浄によって鮮やかに甦る様子は、アートを通じて“見えなかった可能性”を浮かび上がらせる極めて詩的な表現でした。アートを通じて社会問題を定義するアートに共感された家入一真さんレコメンデーション。

審査員レビュー
テキスタイルという伝統的な領域を出発点としながら、科学的アプローチと芸術的感性の融合、そしてマテリアルの可能性を探求する姿勢を評価した。また、ミクロとマクロの世界を繋ぐような視点は、世界認識に新たな視座を提供している。（家入一真）
