プロフィール1978年 神奈川県生まれ。写真・書の創作・波音映像の配信を行う。
2008年、サーフィンフォトグラファーとの出会いをきっかけにカメラを始める。2015年の渡米で多様なアートやサーフカルチャーに触れる。その後、写真だけにとらわれない表現を模索し書道に出会い、精力的に取り組む。2021年より、移ろう景色の美しさと自然音をテーマにしたYouTubeチャンネル「なみうちぎわch」を開設。2025年からは「波」をテーマに、書線を活かした独自の非文字作品の制作を始める。
あらゆる表現手段を用いて「海」を主題に制作し、般若心経にある「空即是色」の思想を、視覚と聴覚を通して表現することを目指している。
I was born in 1978 in Kanagawa, Japan, and work in photography, calligraphy, and distributing ocean sound videos.
I began photography in 2008 after encountering a surf photographer. A 2015 trip to the United States exposed me to diverse art and surf culture, inspiring me to explore new forms of expression. Subsequently, seeking expression beyond photography, I discovered Japanese calligraphy and have been actively pursuing it. Since 2021, I have been running the YouTube channel Namiuchigiwa ch, which focuses on the beauty of changing landscapes and natural sounds. From 2025, I began creating unique non-verbal artworks themed around waves, utilizing calligraphic lines.
Using various media, my work centers on the ocean as a motif and aims to express the Buddhist concept of “Emptiness is form” through both visual and auditory means.
