プロフィール2002年神奈川県平塚市生まれ、2025年現在、山形県山形市在住。東北芸術工科大学芸術学部美術科日本画コース4年在籍中。
私の作品は絵画制作における重要な要素の一つである「線」について着目して制作しています。対象を実在する物や場所から見えた、人間が思わずして線だと認識してしまうアウトラインやディティールを抜き取り、画面の中で新たな線として再構築させています。私は日本人の中にある対象を線で捉えるというアイデンティティを一つの文化だと考え、自身の制作の中で重きを置いています。
画材へのこだわりとして、支持体には和紙を起用し、自然素材である墨や胡粉で下地を作り、岩絵具を水と膠で溶いて描いています。それは少なからず自身が日本画の文脈の中にいるのだという想いからできるだけ古来よりある素材を使用しています。岩絵具は主に粒子の荒いものを使い、あえて概念であるはずの線に物質感を与えるように描くことでこの線がただの概念でなく、この世界に存在しているものであるということを強調するようにしています。
Born in 2002 in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa, I am currently based in Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture, and in my fourth year in the Japanese Painting course at Tohoku University of Art & Design.
My practice explores the essential role of line in painting. I extract outlines and details from real objects and places—elements instinctively perceived as “lines”—and reconstruct them within the pictorial space. I regard the Japanese way of perceiving the world through lines as a cultural identity, which forms the foundation of my work.
I work primarily on washi (Japanese paper), preparing surfaces with traditional materials such as sumi ink and gofun, and painting with coarse mineral pigments bound with animal glue. By giving the line a tactile, material presence, I seek to affirm that it is not merely a conceptual device, but something that exists physically in the world.
